SPELLING - THE CASE OF THE MISSING LETTER

          Spelling 2 A

1.    assistant: a person who helps
2.    by: close or next to
3.    can be: maybe, a possibility
4.    case: a situation under investigation
5.    detective: a person who finds information about crimes
6.    drop: to let something fall
7.    find: to discover or learn
8.    full: complete
9.    get down: to be under an object
10. go back: to return
Spelling 2 B
11. lose: to be impossible to find
12. missing: unable to be found
13. owner: a person who possess something
14. positive: good or useful
15. return: to bring or give back
16. solve: to find the correct answer
17. stamp: a small sticky piece of paper on letters
18. strange: different from what is usual
19. think: to have an opinion about something
20. wet: moist or saturated with water
